Not always, fish used to play like a massive faggot (read: constantly jumping, gunboats, rocket jumping) in regs and would beat players far better than himself. Yaddy daddy would also start jumping if he knew he was losing.

you wait for the first jump and put a rocket at their feet and its a free juggle
