Tf2 sound quality high vs low?

Is there any reason to set it to high vs low? Or should I just leave it on low like how Comanglia's config sets it? I cant tell a difference between the two with my Senhiser 598 se's.

when i was comparing them a long time ago high had a wind effect that you could hear occasionally which was really annoying, although im not sure if its still in the game though

the biggest change i belive is echo on high quality, witch is confusing and annoying
