Seems to have scammed hundreds of dollars in hats and even if they are just virtual hats they hold real value.
I don't even know him but based off of that fact he must be kind of an asshole.

Whatever, if you really did give them back I'm glad you had a change of heart but either way, stealing and giving back is still a dick thing to do.
