The only time I ever have fun on FP MGE is against friends.
The server itself hiccups all the fucking time, as well as including two people talking over the mic about their epic mge battle.
So yeah, not FP.

i play mge on a vast variety of servers, but i try to avoid FP. That said, the majority of players are bad or just play super gay

but yeah, fp sucks.

Ain't no better practice than getting a buddy who wants to practice dodging rockets as scout in the I famous ammomod cage.

Concentrate on timing and following the direction they are heading. If you see an easy shot, hit a direct. If you need to control them, hit their feet. If they jump above you, sacrifice the health and shoot your own feet.

If they're jumping, wait for them to land
If they are not, predict them
As a note, it's much harder to play scout vs a soldier who's tracking compared to a soldier who flicks

Why would you play ammomod solly vs scout? Play badlands mid, granary last, or even waste? (add 7 idk name lol)
Or you could just play dm and jump scouts.
