sacthe301stspartanI don't understand how posts like these (literally suggesting to "remove" people who don't agree with sac's balanced and differentiated views) receive upfrags. Unsubbed.i've had it with supporting the relatives of terrrorists, who knew what was going on with the radicalised family/neighbours, but still refuse to let the local authorities know.
I've had it with muslims, being in total denial on the motives of their cousins, but will comment with "muh KKK and crusades" on why we deserve it.
I've had it with usefull idiots who marginalise the Caliphate, comparing it to a scam that hasn't claimed any lives.

Nobody cares; unless you have something objectively relevant to add to a discussion (which should not take place in this thread in the first place), don't write posts in public forums.

News threads about recent tragedies on video game forums are not the place to vent your personal frustration that doesn't concern anybody on here.

yea something objective and relevant, like the terrorist who called in 911 to declare allegiance to ISIS, who radicalised and went to sermons of an imam who preached death to gays, and then shot 50 people in a nightclub, isn't really a muslim. stop with your retarded doublethink ffs. it's retards like you, that put people like my best friends brother (who has 3 kids and almost died in the terrrorist attack in brussels) in mortal danger.

Attacks like these also make a lot of people think that people who want to "bomb the shit" out of the IS aren't so crazy

I care. Is this thread getting to you snowflake? Should we all just dismiss the real issues here and resort to the usual kumbaya bullshit mentality which arguably got us in this position in the first place? There's always Facebook and Twitter if that's what you're looking for.

MarxistWhen you've got it into your head that it's ok to murder people en masse religion is just a convenient justification. Every faith and non-faith has proven that its adherents are capable of committing atrocities on a grand scale.

My assumption as to why France has been targeted more than say, Poland, is that France is a fairly open society where large public gatherings aren't particularly well secured and people from all over the world being present wont raise any particular notice. Another (more important) factor is that there is a large Arab/Maghreb minority in France where some segments of that minority have become disillusioned with French society in general (2005 riots for example - although tension can date back much further - particularly into the 1960's) and so it's relatively easier for malcontents to undergo the radicalization process and become convinced that they're completely powerless and that it is imperative that they avenge themselves.

Sad and senseless all the same :(

This is one of the few intelligent posts in this thread. Nuking everything to the east of Turkey won't solve this problem, in fact it would prove their mindset.

how do you assure the people who are dying are your enemies? Last time we invaded way more civilians died than combatants. There's a pretty fair ethical dilemma with killing 10+ foreigners to maybe kill one person who could've potentially killed 10+ of your citizens

The US made the mistake of invading Iraq, and not weeding out the remains in afghanistan and instead let the taliban come back gradually after fleeing to the mountains. they were prepared, why else did they have Massoud murdered just before the attacks?

"Massoud, then aged 48, was the target of a suicide attack at Khwaja Bahauddin, in Takhar Province in northeastern Afghanistan on September 9, 2001.[109][110] The attackers' names were alternately given as Dahmane Abd al-Sattar, husband of Malika El Aroud, and Bouraoui el-Ouaer; or 34-year-old Karim Touzani and 26-year-old Kacem Bakkali.[111]

The attackers claimed to be Belgians originally from Morocco. According to Le Monde they transited through the municipality of Molenbeek.[112] Their passports turned out to be stolen and their nationality was later determined to be Tunisian. Waiting for almost three weeks (during which they also interviewed Burhanuddin Rabbani and Abdul Rasul Sayyaf) for an interview opportunity, on September 8, 2001, an aide to Massoud recalls the would-be suicide attackers "were so worried" and threatened to leave if the interview did not happen in the next 24 hours (until September 10, 2001). They were finally granted an interview. During the interview, they set off a bomb composed of explosives hidden in the camera and in a battery-pack belt. Commander Massoud died in a helicopter that was taking him to an Indian military field hospital at Farkhor in nearby Tajikistan.[106] The explosion also killed Mohammed Asim Suhail, a United Front official, while Mohammad Fahim Dashty and Massoud Khalili were injured. One of the suicide attackers, Bouraoui, was killed by the explosion, while Dahmane Abd al-Sattar was captured and shot while trying to escape."

see, Molenbeek terrorists, being involved in taking down a key person in trying to root out the taliban in an eventual US counter aggression maneuvre.

Molenbeek was an islamic fundie training ground for 40 years now, thanks to marxist scum and people got sued into court for it.

His first government post was a Minister of the Interior and Institutional Reform in the government of Wilfried Martens (Martens III) in 1980. Moureaux's name was attached to the loi contre le racisme et la xénophobie (Law against Racism and Xenophobia) of 30 July 1981 as he was then serving as Minister of Justice.

Resigning from the Federal Government in 1993, Moureaux's coalition defeated the incumbent mayor of Molenbeek Léon Spiegels (fr) at the 1994 council elections. A key part of Moureaux's campaign, then and since, was the involvement of ethnic minorities in the campaign, Mariem Bouselmati (fr) of Ecolo being the first Belgian of Moroccan origin elected in Molenbeek. In 2004, as a senator, Moureaux submitted the law granting the right of foreigners to vote in municipal elections.

However, Moureaux's attempts at revitalizing the municipality have not been successful. An example was the withdrawal of BBDO in June 2011 from the town. In an open letter addressed to Moureaux, ten employees of this American advertising agency cited over 150 attacks on their staff by locals as principal reason for their departure.[1] As a result, serious questions have been raised about governance, security, and the administration of Mayor Moureaux.[2]

eeeyou didnt really answer my question

whining about cost, causalities and ethics is really nice and easy from an ivory tower, what do you suggest instead to make sure there would be 0 (zero) attacks like these in the future? I got some, kicking out all the foreigners with a criminal record back to their own shithole, and barring the entry, so they don't radicalise as some sort of salvation for their past life and decide to do the most good in their religion by killing as many of us as possible. Half of Belgians prisions are filled with foreign born criminals, why waste our money on these lowlife scum, who either keep it up being a criminal or go jihadi?

Or maybe stop supporting "moderate" terrorists in syria where an ok country got ruined into oblivion with our little mudshit enclaves sending their best and brightest to murder people and buy 6 year old sex slaves?

Or never removing Qhaddafi and Saddam and plunge the region into the chaos it knows now?

Or not taking a massive dump on Greece and have the country who did the most in border countrole become a total loophole, and threaten the balkan countries who wanted to lock their borders?

jake_deslets twist a tragedy to fit my political agenda
thats the shit i do like

I've never agreed with this sentiment. The victims should be mourned and perpetrators condemned regardless of the political agenda you hold. However, altering public policy to prevent another mass slaughter isn't exploitation, it's reasonable.

First thing's first, I'd like to offer my condolences to any of the families of any of the victims, and to all of France, and extend my hope (although I doubt it) that other attacks like this don't happen.

Second, while I agree that Islamist terrorism is a massive problem, I'm not sure if on a personal level I can agree with or support the exclusion of members of the Muslim faith. Admittedly, I am saying that from Australia, where we have a wide gulf of water between us and the nearest nations, and we can scan visas on a case-to-case basis without much issue. Similarly, acts of terrorism haven't been as prominent in Australia as in nations in Europe. If I was in France, I'd probably have a different opinion.

I personally don't think that the majority of Muslims are violent, or bad people. But I also don't think that it can be argued that young Muslims are the people most likely to become radicalized towards the ideology of the Islamic State.

I can't pretend I have any answers, because I don't. It's just the idea that hating people just because they are Muslim or could be terrorists feels wrong to me. The measure of a man isn't what you think he'll do; it's what he actually does.

Prosecutor Francois Molins said five suspects were facing preliminary terrorism charges for their alleged roles in helping driver Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel.

In a judicial inquiry which opened on Thursday, Mr Molins said information from Mr Bouhlel's phone showed searches and photos that indicated he had been preparing an attack since 2015.

Isis has claimed responsibility for the attack, in which Mr Bouhlel drove a lorry into crowds of people gathered on the Promenade Des Anglais in the French city for Bastille Day celebrations on 14 July.
