Hello, after new tf2 update I noticed a mouse delay, how can I fix it?

If you dont know what im talking about look at his mouse moving.

Could it be due to fps spikes cause the last update was pretty large?

Normally I have 100-200 fps.

I had a problem like this, I changed my mouse polling rate from 1000Hz to it's native 500Hz and that fixed it (my mouse is Razer deathadder 2013)

i believe its rawrsors materialhud or eevoves unreleased hud. both are un-released
also dont bump threads if its not related.

m_rawinput 0, low fps & motion blur are the main input lag culprits
