Heyo, I just created a modded no hats mod.

It only removes [b]restricted[/b] Halloween cosmetics and MVM badges.

I made it so the normal cosmetics are able to be seen, but those garish and ugly halloween cosmetics/MVM badges are out of the way. Out of sight, out of mind.

Feel free to let me know if other halloween cosmetics are not in here, but hey, this was just meant to be an ease of mind thing for people who didn't want to remove hats entirely but dislike those hats.
