So in this chart there are some mouses from a lot of brands and for a lot of budgets with really great sensors, meaning 0 accel, 0 prediction and some more interesting factors. Tought this would be helpful. Is your mouse on the list? ;)

IME is fine if you don't move your mouse faster than 1.5 m/s, but that is rather slow. Most modern mice can track much higher speeds.
Just check Overclock.net for mouse related stuff, there's a thread currently about upcoming 3360/3366 mice.
The problem with those lists/tiers in general is that mice are a very subjective issue. Best sensor in a garbage shape won't help you and vice versa. And there is no such thing as a flawless sensor.
