Does anyone know what settings will give me the highest framerate, or what I can do to optimize my rig's strength in general?

I'm using cowmanglia's high quality pc config at the moment.

How do you even expect to have good fps if you're using a config made for frags-recording purposes in the first place ?

Definitely try this. According to people in the thread it worked best for people with higher end rigs.
Just take a look at the cfg you get in the end and remove the stuff you don't need. Might have some useless stuff in there like fov_desired 75 and console controller commands

It's not the cinema one, it's the high quality pc max fps config
