my interp does't go below 50, cl_interp_ratio 1 cl_interp 0.0152, nothing changes.... n0matter what i do or where i change it

Make sure you use cl_updaterate 66 and cl_cmdrate 66

You need to change your class or disconnect after you changed your interp or basically any net settings
