Playdemo command doesn't work with demo support

I use the demo support that valve made but since it saves the demos in a folder called "demos" the playdemo command doesn't work. Making it so I have to go to demoui and navigate to the demo file from there. Is there any way to make ds save demos in my tf folder without a subfolder to fix this? Other fixes would be helpful as well ofcourse.
