Dx 90, 95, or 98?

I want to know which one of the 3 gives the best fps. I'm not sure what my specs are or if they matter at all and idk how to conduct benchmarks either. Right now I'm using dx 90 and not 81 since I want to keep my sheens and skins.

For me 90 is the worst by far, but there is little difference between 95/98.

I actually know how to do benchmarks now and the results were practically the same across all 3 dx levels. Did 9 tests each and 3 for each dx level and dx 95 had the highest fps average, though in the end all 3 ended up with 51 fps average.

98 feels A LOT more smoother for me compared to 95 and 90

it doesn't matter which gives the best fps. when they're all within 5% what matters more is what gives the most consistent frame times (the "smoothest") and that answer is without a doubt 98.
