Hi guys, I don't know much of these tech-related stuff so I'm asking for help here.
So I have a MacBook Pro retina (13-inch, mid 2014). I'm planning on buying a monitor with 144Hz, preferably BenQ XL2411T. Is there a way so that I can connect to that monitor and still keep the 144Hz?
And also, are there 144Hz monitors out there that are cheaper?
Thank you!

You won't be able to connect through HDMI because it only supports 60Hz but your MacBook looks like it has Thunderbolt so you'll be able to go from mini displayport to full displayport to the monitor using a single cable like this.

So this would give me 144 Hz as it should?

I'd be pretty impressed if your laptop ran the game at a suitable framerate
