John is awesome. He's very smart, decisive, and level-headed. He says mid open here, but I could see him breaching high open in no time. Very strong pickup.
john is a super nice dude, it was a pleasure playing highlander with him, the dude has a very good sense of leadership and has A+ calls, partly due to spy main
John is a cutie :3. He was a great main caller this season and works well with others. Definitely a solid pickup for mid open and could potentially play somewhere in high open.
I've played with John as demo (in 6s) and med (in HL).
Mad saws and his crossbow aim makes me never want to play ultiduo against him again (but I still do anyways). John is extremely dedicated to improving his play (he'd ask for criticism or suggestions after every scrim) and he's a very smart gamer with good mechanics (and good heal priority on med, as well as level-headed main-calling). He's also a really reliable teammate (he has missed very few scrims, and when he did, he always gave advance notice). Don't be put off by him being a bit quiet in your first few tryouts, once he gets more familiar with his teammates he's a relaxed and talkative dude.

I've known John for a decent amount of time, and have played with him in both HL and 6's. He is the smartest player I know, and is constantly striving to improve. To be honest, with his main calling ability and general attitude towards the game, he should be shooting for high open. He constantly seeks advice from teammates on how he can improve every scrim and is seriously a great gamer. You'd be an idiot if you didn't pick him up.
John's a really solid Medic. He's a confident maincaller who was very vocal about what he wanted and what we should do. He also has good mechanical skills and hits some crazy arrows. Also very dedicated.

tried out and played with our team (before it died like a few hours ago). despite his lack of experience playing medic, he's definitely a contender for the higher end of open. his calls were concise and he tracked ubers well. positioning was good and he never stopped calling when it was necessary. overall very good med.
definitely mid open med at least. Good attitude too
