Whenever I try to play on Valve MM servers I get huge lag spikes, that show on net_graph 3.

I've tried googling the problem but no one else seems to have it.
My internet is good and this problem doesnt happen on any other game or any other tf2 servers and my pc is good enough to get me 120 fps on any server so that isnt the problem either.
Any help?

If you are using wifi, try using one of those ethernet things that plug into the wall socket. That solved all my connection problems

Is this in matchmaking only or in all competitive mode servers? If its the ladder the case, I used to have this issue as well, and the only thing that did it was completley deleting the game and reinstalling it

It's just matchmaking servers, comp or casual. I can still use serveme.tf servers and community servers. And i've already re-installed the game

UPDATE: I tried running the game on '-default' and it worked fine without issues. Any idea of what custom settings can cause this? I've tried removing graphics configs, interp and refreshrate settings and its still giving me these hgue spikes..
