I've got a very unique hud that is edited rayshud (I don't use it myself). I'll be back after I commit it to github.
EDIT: I actually tried to make the worst hud ever and I used rayshud as a basis because the bright color wouldn't go well with the ripoff comic sans font so I'll just get a screenshot because the menu and scoreboard aren't edited apart from the font.

i got bored and made something out of m0re hud with erics concept.
scoreboard is from solarhud and minmode makes the ammo/health a little smaller.

should work in 4:3 and 16:9 but is still very rough
