Not getting braces when I was in my teens. Now my teeth are fucked and I do everything I can to hide them.
On the plus side, I have dental coverage soon, so a fix is on the horizon.

i kind of regret doing and selling drugs through high school, but at the same time i picked up super valuable skills slanging dope and kicks that i use now in an actual sales job where i am killing it and am the youngest person in the history of my company to be at my position. love/hate, shit happens all you can do is keep your head up, i guess.
I regret not going out with this girl i liked a long time ago. She is truly something special.

But seriously, breaking up with someone who was pretty much perfect for me over a terribly selfish reason, and
having life end up slamming the door on any potential chance of getting back together.
When I realized my error it sent me spiraling into a suicidal depression.

So back when I was in my pre teens, I got a jaw surgery done. They gave me a numbing cream to help with any pains/aches that I got, the kind of numbing you get at the doctor's. My idiot child self decided it would be cool to cover my whole body in that numbing cream so I could be like a superhero and not feel pain.
Long story short, I had to be rushed to the ER vomiting, not being able to breathe well, with a very accelerated heartrate.

fuck i remember my cross country coach warned us at the beginning of the season to not wear boxers for our races. but idc i still did. a few weeks after the season ended my balls started hurting one day completely out of nowhere and it hurt sooo much to walk . it was really awkward explaining my situation to my parents to get me to the hospital. got to the hospital and and took an ultrasound of my balls in the middle of the night. poor nurse was just standing there checking me out for like a half an hour straight in front of my dad too lol. my face the entire time :^| cool as a cucumber. at least this was over winter break and i didnt miss school B)

Playing HL instead of 6s or CSGO. At least I had fun though.
outside of TF2, probably not finishing my 2nd year of college, and had at least all my general education done for degrees.
