Posting from my phone, So after starting my computer, getting past the boot menu, and after the windows logo, it just gets stuck on the spinning dots. cntrl + alt + delete or anything else I've tried doesn't work. Any advice other than getting a fresh copy of Windows for a different hard drive I have?
The only weird thing before I restarted my computer tonight, was that YouTube videos wouldn't play, music wouldn't play, and I had no sound in any game/anything else.

press "shift + f8" to get into safe boot, if you are using uefi+ssd then goodluck because the OS will boot so fast nothing can stop it
