With the Death of Don't Trip, Chess Club still have a slim outsiders chance of making LAN this season but they need to win some games starting today. Both teams look pretty even but the addition of Alfa on Demoman for the Chess Club should be enough to give them the win tonight.
Watch tonight with DJC and MR SLIN to see if Chess Club can stay in the hunt.

cc is only one map behind xen and their match was super close, I wouldnt exactly call it a "slim outsiders chance"

true but as of right now Xensity has the tiebreaker (I'm assuming more head to head wins is the tiebreaker) so its more like they're two games up.

if you're gonna get that in depth though, you should also consider strength of schedule
cc's remaining matches:
2 with AG (they are favorites to win)
2 with vector (they are HEAVY favorites to win)
2 with Dont Trip (who are dead)
1 with mix^ (who will most likely win)
1 with fully torqued (who will most likely win)
so assuming all of those go as planned (which isnt guaranteed ofc), cc will end 9-7
