So I have a form I need to scan in and edit. I know how to use word to copy text from an image and edit it, but it obviously loses the table like quality format that the document has.
I think if I pay to use acrobat, there is a feature that might allow me to select text and edit it, but I would rather do it free.
Anybody know how to scan a form and turn it into a file that can be edited without losing all its formatting?

Acrobat Pro does a really good job of automatically creating e-fillable form fields, but yes, it's paid. And the rest of the program is absolute garbage.

Foxit is alright but you only get a trial. All the forms stuff is paid. I also don't know if it has automatic form creation.
