Fall out the window and hold crouch.

Don't charge your sticky while going up the stairs either, just shoot it when you get near the panel.

its more important to be in front of the sticky rather than above it
make sure your mouse is pointed to the right as you det so you have room to airstrafe to the left

I dunno how people have trouble with the last jump. I find the ramp slide more difficult :(

just crouch, and then detonate later than you normally are now. You will get it eventually, then just remember what you did, you'll get the feel for it. Also you'll want to do like a banana strafe, since the force of the sticky will push you to the right. So make sure you are strafing.
