Tf2 starting on wrong moniter

I just got my first 144hz monitor and dedicated my old 60hz as a second monitor. However, tf2 keeps starting in my 2nd monitor, but even if I put it in windowed to drag it in to first when i put it back to full screen it goes back to old one.
Plz help, i just wanna enjoy 144hz gaming :(

in your display settings make sure your 144hz is set to your primary monitor, if that doesn't fix it then unplug your 60hz and launch tf2, that might default it

Its my primary monitor, and i unplugged it and launched tf2 and played for a bit, but once i plugged it back in it defaulted to the old one again. Any other suggestion?
