A mentor would be great, but honestly I'm just looking for someone/a few people with experience to play with so that I can improve, get a sense of my skill level, and start to build a reputation so I can get onto a team.

I occasionally check out champ.gg, etc, but I've never actually visited when there's anything near a full team ready to go.
