Hi, I am new to competitive TF2 and I want to know how to use mumble with my team mates. We do not plan on buying a server and would like to know if there are any other programs that can do this but from my understanding this is the best. Is there a way i can connect to a free chat room with my team mates and no one else can join? Thanks for your help :)

Don't need a schism in VoIP clients. Mumble is good enough.

cleanvoice.ru resolves to 5.9.10.202 for European users which is a German Hetzner server but as an american user it resolves to a Chicago server. You can say fuck all about the location of a server just from the domain
