either "cmaintargetid" or "csecondarytargetid" will move this, can't remember which
changed x value, doesn't seem to work
There is an x offset value attached to one of the target ids and if you fiddle with it you probably will be able to get it to work

that wont disable quickswitch. If you have a bind for quickswitch tapping it has the same affect
