And especially, i dont know what happen after just i visit the profile of my account. i cant view the items, the games that i played in the past, everything...

Unless you can convince steam support that it's your account (not likely) I doubt there's much you can do if you've also lost the email associated with that account.

Does your password not work or did you forget it? Why can't you retrieve it through your email? What happens when you try? If you receive an email, but the link doesn't reset your password, contact steam support. If the contact email has been changed, that means someone stole your password, so if you used it anywhere else, you better change it. As for the account, if the password was stolen. I don't think you can claim it if you don't have any transactions to prove that it's yours, unfortunately.

I cant provide a strong proof because i didnt have any transactions in the past. Base on the emails that i recieved before it was hijacked or hacked, the hacker logged in it at may8, july10, in dubai. and in Gnedin, Kyivs'ka Oblast, UA at aug 5 6:09 Am.

it's weird that it doesnt have the 'this profile is private' text but i'm not sure why you think a forum for discussing competitive tf2 was the place to get help

If you have ever bought and used a Steam gift card and you still have one then you can use that as proof of purchase.

UPDATE guys. Thanks For your help guys, The Steam support finally respond, as they said "It appears that the account was compromised. To prevent unauthorized access to the account, I recommend that you enable the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator.
I've reset the account password and sent the new login information to the email address you've contacted us from. If the email is not received, please check the spam or trash folder.
As with any password reset, the account will be unable to trade or buy/sell in the Community Market for 7 days.
I recommend that you also review our Account Security Recommendations.
