The reason why I posted it in Customization, I want to use them in-game.
Scripts made with AHK (Auto Hot Key)
And i wanted to ask a question.
If i will use some of the scripts on demoman (example: sticky spam)
Will leagues allow it?

Why would you need a script for sticky spam? Just hold m2 and tap m1 repeatedly, I dont see how a script could make that more practical
Anyway, since you're European, here's what the etf2l rules say
Show Content
6.3 Scripts
Scripts that allow a player to perform an action in-game that he would not be able to execute without the script, or scripts that purposefully disrupt the player hitbox are banned. Scripts that freeze or glitch the player model (e.g. in mid-air to be less predictable) to make it harder to hit are also banned.
Usage of banned scripts will be penalized on a case-by-case basis, depending on the intent of the script, the impact on the matches the script. Possible penalties may include warnings, default losses for one or more match rounds and league bans for repeated offenses.
Examples of banned scripts:
Chargeturn script (this includes the use of other peripherals to achieve sharper turn angles)
Examples of allowed scripts:
Duck jump script
Null-cancelling movement script
Rocket jump script
Mask uber script
Team say scripts
If you are unsure about the legality of a particular script, please contact an admin to clarify the situation before using the script in an official match.
"Scripts that allow a player to perform an action in-game that he would not be able to execute without the script (...) are banned".
Seeing as you can already sticky spam without a script, it doesn't sound like using one would be bannable. But as the rules say, if you aren't sure, just ask an ETF2L admin
EDIT: Because I'm a god at procrastinating important shit in my life, I looked at both the UGC and ESEA rules and they pretty much say the same thing

UGC - 7.4 Using the server or console commands to give any part of your team an unfair advantage is cheating. This does not include scripts regarding flag status, class status, health status, incoming calls, or the like. If you are in doubt about a particular script, post it on our forum for advance approval by an admin.
ESEA - Scripts - All scripts that alter a player's hit box, or give a player an unfair advantage over others are illegal

Thanks, I will ask ETF2L admin 'bout it.

Theres a tf2 script for that but it requires the wait command. If ETF2L doesnt allow wait then using AHK would be an unfair advantage.
Regardless, its a completely useless script and using it will only make you worse at demo

people get client banned in cs for using ahk on esea (recoil control)
so i'd take that as a no for using ahk on esea client if you ever plan on playing esea
but it's not even hard to do without a script so is there really a point?

If you hold m2 while spamming m1 doesn't it make the sticky det as early as possible?

I just assumed that that's what he was going for when he said "sticky spam script". If you actually wait for the sticky to get near a target before you det then it's not really "spam" and it's not feasible to make a script for it since the timing will always be different

No, there are ways to make triggerbots and aimbots in AHK, and there are no ways for league admins to check what scripts you are using.

Ah yeah, now that you've mentioned it, it makes sense. Years ago I played an MMO where people used AHK to spam spells and do perfectly timed combos since you can write a script that scans your screen for a certain image (such as the spell icon on your spellbar) and then moves your cursor there and clicks it for you, so I guess it's possible to make an aimbot/triggerbot with the same principle
