Managing SoapDM

I recently installed SoapDM on my server, and it mostly seems to be working fine. However, the plugin is always running, regardless of whether the server has mp_tournament 1 or not. I thought that the plugin was only supposed to run in tournament mode, is this correct? If not, is there any way to set it so that it only runs with mp_tournament 1?

you didn't install the configs properly.

i believe they go into tf//addons/sourcemod/config/, not in /tf/config/

edit: and/or you're likely missing the second plugin file that manages the tournament mode settings. i don't know the name of the plugin, but it's on Lange's git.

I installed everything exactly as they were on github, I downloaded the entire folder and moved it into /tf/ folder. The configs are in the right place, and I have both soap_tf2dm.smx and soap_tournament.smx. Reinstalling didn't work, any ideas?

Once you install the plug-in, SOAP runs automatically on any map that has spawn points defined, this applies to regular and tournament mode. SOAP should be unloaded only when both teams Ready Up and your tournament mode game starts.
