If it's something that's inhibiting on your mental well being or is making achieving a normal experience difficult both as a social being and as an individual, then you 100% should see a therapist about it. You already mentioned that you're having nightmares and flashbacks. If you notice changes in your eating and sleeping patterns, or notice you're eating/sleeping a lot more/less then that's even more evidence that things aren't right.

Try to think calmly and reasonably about your problems and if you should be anxious or not. If you shouldn't then deny your thoughts if you shoud then there's no problem.
