Okay, so I've been having a huge problem of ESEA client and TF2 effectively taking up anywhere from 70-80%* of my cpu utilization. This is causing my entire PC to crash, and this kept happening my last match. I have tested the client under numerous variables and have determined when it crashes my PC and when it doesn't. So far, it only crashes when TF2 and ESEA are both running and I'm on an ESEA pug, scrim, or match server. For my PC, TF2 uses an average of 50-60%* of my CPU. I was wondering if there were any solutions to this problem that people know of. I have looked in many places and have barely seen any useful help. I tested it once and thought i fixed the issue, but it seemed to have come back once i tried it again. I have also started each task and let them sit for a while idle (in case that helped) but it still crashed after a while.
Any and all serious feedback would be appreciated GREATLY, and hopefully i can sort this out by tomorrow.
*= numbers aren't completely reliable, only averages based off when task manager was running in the background, so could be fluctuated numbers, but problem still occurs w/o TM in background.
**edit: My processor is an Intel i5-4690K Quad Core 3.5 GHz. Don't know if that was necessary to mention so i just put it.
Edit2, fixed the issue; all good now
