They are not all "his alts"
ESEA bans by IP as well, so this is probably accounts being accessed from the massive data leak they had and linked to an actually banned account.

If he were to cheat on an alt he wouldn't cheat on esea on an alt. The only part I find weird is why mixwell didn't also get banned because they both live at the optic house and share the same ip.
