WTF just download a new HUD or a fresh version of your current HUD and install it.

you could maybe emergency page hypnotize and see if he could update it for you, but if not then just use the hud that you based it off of and adjust the positions and colors accordingly

ask smesi he'd probably do it for ref or a key or something if you are super desperate and need it by tonight. hes done it for me before.

also I can't find anything wrong with the main menus. All the buttons work. What were you specifically having trouble with?

Hud has not been updated in well over a year. There are no huds similar enough that are being maintained.

This may take a little bit more time but considering its not a huge necessity for your match I wouldn't worry about it in the meantime. If you're really desperate to rename something I'd suggest removing the hud, loading up the default tf2 one and then doing it. I'll still try and help you get it fixed though
