Regarding uber percentages, I think they could be placed under the top bar similar to how it is in CS:GO, where it's used to compare the economies of both teams. .

However, this causes the problem where there isn't a place to show the scores or show what format the match is currently in, as that is what the area is currently used for in the HUD.

A way to solve this might be to just have a graphic in the upper left or upper right hand corner like ELEAGUE does with BO3/BO5's.

Regarding the rest of the HUD, I personally think it's miles ahead of the old HUD in aesthetics, looks, and displaying information. There are some gripes I have with it that I wish were added, such as some text over where the timer should be during Golden Cap that just says "Overtime", the top bar fading closer to the middle, and greater contrast in the overheal bars on the players' health. But besides those, I think the new HUD is way better.
