So I've made a post before about my account being hijacked and locked. I have sent in a hijacked account report into Steam Support, and after a while of proving information all the information on the account was changed, as usual since I went through this before. But, you need to know the login information to see the response from Steam Support, which I can only assume is the account information since the account has been unlocked.

I cannot request a password change, since Steam Guard was removed from the account, so my email and phone number aren't any help in this situation. I am either doing something very wrong, or Steam Support made a mistake here with the system.

Also, I have the Steam Support ticket code that they give you which is a 14 digit number. Is there any way I can access the ticket through the code? Or perhaps any way I can get into that reply from Steam Support?

If I try to look at the support ticket through another account, it gives me this message "Could not find that help request. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account".
