Yall Niggas' Borin Af Bruh
I enjoy watching tf2 streams because it gives me the vicarious satisfaction of playing tf2 without actually having to commit my time to a game, and I enjoy b4nny's stream because his channel maximizes playtime (minimizing deaths) and provides some insight into how to play the game 'correctly' (positioning, baiting as demo, etc)
Still, his behavior can be a bit unseemly, even if you say to yourself 'it's just because places (too much) importance on trying to win.' I would stop regularly viewing b4nny's stream if some other streamer came along that was good at the game, tried their best every game and never threw, maincalled and understood the game well, and regularly interacted with viewers...
I'm still waiting.

mustardoverlordhighfivenothing is more sad than hearing banny or mustard scream their little balls off at a pugchamp medic. RELAX
I like to think mine is more of a whine than a scream
true but still

Sometimes I genuinely wonder if b4nny would get less upset at times if he just moved to Chicago and got 5 ping

It is true that you see this shit a lot at various levels of the game though. There is a wider issue.
I'm pap and mostly play TF2 center, and people are always complaining about their teammates or reporting players (usually medics), often for simply not knowing what they're doing enough. It's really shitty.
Make love not war guys...

What if the invite/prem illuminati was fabricating drama to keep interest in the game with banny as the antagonist. Stay woke sheeple.
did b4nny subs actually harass that medic???
why would anyone do that i am genuinely confused

holy shit this ended up being a nerd essay im sorry tldr just be nice man like it costs u $0 to not be rude and toxic
memes aside at this point in time the people who are willing to drive the game forward are already aware of banny's behaviour so him toning down the angery and toxicity levels wouldn't immediately achieve anything huge; it would simply make him come off as a two-faced guy to people who have dealt with his personality in the past. Being a "tryhard" is perfectly fine, being competitive and always trying your best to win at something is also fine. The problem is that when a large portion of such a small yet tightly-knit community regards you as a manchild who will screech at the drop of a hat if something goes wrong under any circumstance (whether if the player is new or experienced), instead of being a really smart, talented and skilled player who actively seeks ways to help the community grow, you need to take two steps back and take a good look at yourself.
#123 has a very solid point too: banny is a very smart player, and if you have very little experience in the competitive scene, you will most likely learn something new every time you tune into his stream. But normalizing abusive and toxic behavior (as seen in all these twitch clips on the thread), and banny consistently being the most viewed comp streamer pins him as the role model for new players, and it should be up to him to motivate players, not by making interesting and well thought tutorials (big props for the production on DMU), but to give a positive example to his fanbase of how the top levels of comp TF2 are like.
Psi being harrassed by people who previously had zero interaction with him due to banny's stream is alarming, and something that he should address personally in one of his videos. A drastic change in his behaviour wouldn't accomplish much with people who are already familiar with him and his personality, but being nice and pleasant to play with would benefit him the most, and his fanbase as well.
