Even if you don't like Overwatch, I'd recommend listening to at least the first half hour; it's not just about OW and is pretty interesting.
as experts on both the tf2 and ow scene that makes perfect sense
Don't really wanna watch if its all OW stuff, do they talk about TF2 much?

That they do.
But to be perfectly honest this is really bad. Half an hour in, Sideshow is going off on crazy tangents, giving boring, roundabout explanations of something as simple as ubercharge, and completely failing to engage in any kind of lightheartedness. Feels more like he's trying to demonstrate to Thorin and Monte how much he knows about the OW scene than trying to actually provide interesting insight.

They legit asked him to explain the basic concepts of tf2 so that he can explain the fundamental similarities between OW and tf2. The first half hour is really just introduction and background (Thorin spent 10 minutes summarizing his quake video) if you watch the other 3/4 of the video you'll find good insight.
