Used to live like a hour north of kelowna. When are you going to be there? Spring kinda suck tbh as there is not much to do unless you like to day hike when it is 5c or so. Summer you got the lakes, winter you got like 3 ski hills like a hour out and fall has amazing winery tours. As for funds, thr place is a tourist town, shit is going to cost a little more then usual so if you like to buy stuff I could see 150-200$ a day easily, but if you are just there with family or whatever 50-75 a day should be ok.
