Basically, I'm trying to play cod4 with a bunch of RL friends via Hamachi but none of us can get it to work.
A yellow triangle shows up next to everyone's name on the hamachi server and it says "tunneling error"
Ive tried a few popular fixes that I found on google/hamachi forums (stopping and starting the hamachi service from services.msc (makes the yellow triangle disappear for a few secs but then it reappers) and updating the driver (it was up to date)). Also, hamachi is whitelisted on everyone's firewall.
Also, hamachi doesn't show up in my network connections, and afaik it should
I know tftv isn't the right place for this but does anyone have any idea what the fuck to do? Their support forums are full of 12 year olds that use it to play minecraft begging for a fix in broken english, and the few proposed solutions I did find didn't work for me so I have no idea what to do next
Or does anyone know another way to play cod4 on a private server (apart from paying for actual dedicated server hosting)

Did all that, still getting the same error

Doesn't have private servers, you'd have to join public ones
