when i was a kid and had small feet we had this cupboard really close to the ground that we kept cans in
one day i was standing near it and a can of beans fell on it and landed on my baby toes.

wet socks make me feel irrationally uncomfortable too but i think thats just everybody

just recently i started getting really scared of colliding with something when walking down the street; and i dont mean people but scared of colliding with something transparent that i wont be able to see sort of like glass;

many years ago i walked into glass when entering the shop, that was unpleasant to say the least, ever since then i had that fear, however now it feels as though its been turned up 10x times; like im walking with half my usual pace while being extremely extremely anxious all the time

i have no clue what this might be but thanks for this thread as i didnt talk to anyone about it until now

I have this too.

If I'm expecting a loud noise (train coming, dogs, even the honks from cars locking) I'll get extremely stressed which just makes my reaction to the noise worse.
