I'm looking for a pre-merge playoffs team S26 on pocket.
Positive, non-toxic, stable and mature teams are my favorite. I also like having a set schedule so that I can go do adult things the days I don't have scrims. My ideal team will do demo reviews and improve together, hopefully sticking around more than one season. I prefer to maincall but not to micromanage.
You can see my seven full rostered seasons in Open on my ESEA profile (three on pocket, rest as med). I roster rode on That's So Randal, but mained on the rest.
My dream is to make it to open playoffs before I retire from my real life job. While this is unlikely to happen unless IM comes back, please help me make this dream happen.
I'll be busy the next few weeks in the offseason, so give me at least a day's warning for tryouts.

SpadesThe only adjective I can think of to describe Redshirt is 'lovely'.
Not even a question she's definitely playoffs material.

Lovely smart gamer, really good maincaller who gets how this game is played.

Redshirt is a super committed gamer, who is motivated to improve and practice. Being the soldier compliment to her on pocket was good, and I was well informed on what our combo was doing most of the time. Super nice, and won't meme too hard. Would recommend trying out.

JojoI can't believe I haven't posted her before. But red is one of my oldest friends in the tf2 community and is one of the friendliest people I have ever met irl or online. Now that her lerp is playable her dm is respectable for mid open. I don't think she's ever tilted and is very willing to admit her own mistakes.
You simply won't find a more pleasant person to play tf2 with. Switching to pocket was the best decision she has made for her tf2 career in a long tme. Her dm is getting crazy for mid open. She even occasionally beats me in mge with shotgun. She rolls me in gunboats mge lol.
Now for the brutally honest cons-She needs to learn to position better to actually utilize her dm. She also needs to learn to make decisions faster, she very often comes up with the right answer for a situation but usually does it slower than other pockets around her level.
If she can get over the hiccups in her game she'll go from mid open to top open very quickly. Also if she/you want I'll mentor the team that picks her up.

Super committed gamer who's been around for a few seasons. I regularly watch demos with her during the season, and I MGE with her pretty much every day. Her decision making and positioning can still get a bit faster, and playing on a higher level team should help her with that. Overall though, I think she has the DM and experience to keep up with some of the bubble/ higher level open teams.
Also, she's super friendly, never tilts, and has pretty ok memes. I recommend.
