+very relaxed individual that has very good dm
+great roamer who always made big plays when he subbed for us
+an all around great person to work with
+dedication and good time spent in the game
his minor issues are the same as he mentioned (not being vocal enough, consistency, etc.), but can be easily fixed with reminders and putting even more time & dedication into the game

But this man right here, is an awesome guy. Super fun to have a conversation with and is just an amazing character. Ive played this game for a while now and i only recently met him and he is for sure one of the coolest dudes ive met in this game.

Pretty sure I have never seen him do below 350 dpm. He farms. If he was louder and talked a little bit more he'd be a 10/10 pickup. Right now he's a solid 8.5/10. Would recommend.

yeah just to clarify, i didnt want to make a new lft thread because i didnt want to spam, so please ignore the title of my post (if somebody could change it to just "lft hayes" or something that would be very ideal). im not trying to sandbag or whatever by saying I want to play open, but I have tried out for paradox's team and played a pugscrim with dagger and didn't perform very well, I'd love to play IM next season but I don't really feel ready for it imo, especially from somebody with literally no starting experience. thats why when i made this post i thought my skill level was ~ mid to high open, but i feel confident now to play high open.
overall though, would just love a tryout.

Really solid player. On rare occasion hesitated or didn't react quickly to something since he's somewhat inexeperienced but definitely a performer, IM capable, and with a great attitude.

vocal and good at working with teammates
very dedicated to practice and self-reviewing as well, and is absolutely non-toxic and a chill guy to have in mumble, and ACTUALLY one of the best players I've had the chance to play with on ANY team.
