I think b4nny is just playing tf2 because he likes the game more and is getting by fine right now just playing and streaming that game. There is also the fact that he is probably the single most capable person of directly interacting with valve and influencing them and doesn't want to waste such an interesting position.
If he does have that secret OW account it's just so he has something to fall back on if he can't sustain himself anymore playing tf2. It's probably why he played a bunch of Quake too.
