My faceit experience today:
A queue fired, then one member of my team left the server because the other team "had a stack". The match is cancelled because thus far there is no substitution function.
I then requeue for 10 minutes; it attempts to start a game about 6 times, but one specific player never readies up and is seemingly not removed from the queue, so it can never successfully begin.
I want to like this service, but it is difficult to do so when I cannot play a game.
Addendum: I then finally am placed into a game. Half of the team is new to non-pub tf2, after one round one guy goes pyro, another quits, and we have no medic. We are rolled 5-0 and I have more points than the other players on my team put together. I have never played in a tf2 league before but am better than a 'pubber', and what from what I understand, am the target audience for this platform. However, I so far see no reason to play it - and people more skilled than I am would have even less reason to play it.

For now, the point of the beta test is mainly bug fixing and stress testing. Once the hubs are fully fleshed out I'll be working to make the kinds of experiences you described a thing of the past through administrating, clearly defined skill tiers and join limitations. Hopefully when that time comes you will reconsider.

The biggest problem at present is the lack of substitutions. I was just in a game which was going decently well, then we lost a player and got rolled from then on, despite our demo going 40 and 20 or something.
