Ever since I installed a NVIDIA Geforce GT 710 graphics card my mouse seems to be cutting in and out. I've tried different ports and different anti viruses. I have a Razer Naga 2016 and I do use the Razer Synapse.
Any tips on fixing it? It's really annoying when you're in a fight and your mouse stops working for a second at most.

Have you checked to see if the mouse itself is damaged? I've had an issue with Razer in the past where the wire will sometimes short out. This also happened with my old MX518 from Logitech.
If that's not the issue, I've also noticed something odd with Windows 10 since the Creators Update. The mouse will just seemingly go inactive for a second, forcing me to rapidly move it on the mousepad to once again force it to track my movement. I have no idea if this is a driver issue or incompatibility with my Steelseries Rival, or if there's something with Windows 10 itself. It's as if the mouse just stops tracking. So if you're using the Windows 10 Creators Update, that's a possible culprit.

Sounds like the cord is fucked.
Common issue that can be made more common by putting weight on the cable or leaving it hanging over the desk.
Also please tell me you didn't pay money for a gt 710.
