my scout is either: kill everyone and everything, perform well, or do nothing and get super tilted and feed.
how can I keep my performance consistent? I feel like I do really bad because I'm just super tired sometimes. Like in this pug: http://logs.tf/1810101 I just didn't really have the ability to be thinking and playing with my mouse and keyboard felt so weird and I felt so spaced. Maybe that's the reason, every time I'm feeling alert and have a healthy amount of sleep I perform well.
on another note in terms of aiming, specifically scout 1v1s, if you're forced to take a 1v1 is it better to walk at them and try to kill them or back off and shoot?

you should take it easy and take breaks from playing then come back rather than playing alot and being burnt out
thinking less about logs and playing the game to win is good in serious games
i find it better to concentrate with no music in my personal experience

during scout 1v1s try baiting him around a corner into your meatshot. also, sometimes holding W like a bot can throw them off and give you a free kill or they can just two shot you. Its your risk to take.

^ secret to consistency. as far as 1v1 goes really depends on ur health and the situation. ie if he has more health than u u should get closer and if u have more than him back up as a kind of general rule but it can change a lot depending on whats happening
