The demo search on ETF2L is a bit buggy and tends to show no results sometimes.
Your best bet is looking at each top 3-4 team's demos here.

If it's your goal to learn, why dont you watch prem demos? Prem STVs are really easy to find on etf2l and there's no reason to start by watching mid demos. You wont be too bad to comprehend prem strats or anything
The case is , I already watched most of the uploaded demos for prem.
I am playing mid next season , and I think it will be interesting to see how teams of similar or slightly higher skill levels like me play , that is 99% of the reason I want mid/high demos.

tbh trying to emulate prem level stuff at lower levels when everything is more chaotic and you dont have the mechanical skill isn't that good an idea and watching mid/high demos can be good too. ofc getting an idea of how the game SHOULD be played is good too but he's already done that
as far as finding demos you can TRY to search demos.tf for two players on opposing teams, but not all stvs seem to be on there and im not sure why. you can't search logs.tf for multiple steamids sadly but if a demo exists i think logs.tf has a link to it
