Hello gamers, I decided to try making a team.
Looking to scrim pregame + match on match nights, plus one extra day of scrims (9:30/10:30). Maybe two days if people are free and want to play TF2 that week. Probably an ideal team for people who feel like they just don't have time to commit to a serious team but who still want to continue playing because they enjoy the teamwork aspect of the game. That being said, I don't really care what your experience is, as long as you're a positive and fun person.
There will be some demo reviews squeezed in here and there and I do expect discussions about problems we come across in scrims, but I also want to keep this team fun and something that gives you time for work/school/friends (who has those?), or maybe pugs or ringing for other teams.

But I can already say without a doubt this team will improve a ton since redshirt and mallory are both really into the game and trying get better. If you want a team to have fun with while making an honest effort to try in matches and improve overall, tryout. These are all friendly and fun players. Keep that theme going because being friendly and willing to improve will secure you a spot. Kudos to Mallory too for getting a team going since we're trying to reach a margin to bring IM back and all.

Mallory was the one who brought me in to the competitive scene, then stepped in on medic for the last half of last season after our main medic had irl issues, and was a great person to play and demo review with. She's got a very good understanding of how the game should be played overall. Haven't really seen her play demo but I'm positive she has a strong drive to improve on that as well regardless of her current level.

Redshirt is one of the nicest gamers in the scene and is super dedicated. Would recommend trying out if you are looking for a group of serious gamers who are fun to hang around with in and out of game. Never played with Mallory, but in my few interactions in scrimming against her she was polite. Please give these gamers a chance.

idk what else i can say about mallory that isnt either here or on her lfp thread. Straight up one of my favorite people. Works hard, gamesense, is basically anti-toxic, I mean shit. What else do you even want for a team.
I don't really know any of the other mains but i can say that I've heard good things from people that do.
