Following a successful debut campaign under sponsor Faint Gaming, the team has revamped its roster in preparation for ESEA Invite Season 26. Swapping out three players, the new lineup seeks to improve upon their 4th place finish from the previous season. The new additions to the team are tambo and laz on soldiers, plus yight on scout rounding out the roster.

laz and yight are old teammates of sandblast's, having played together during Season 24 under the name mario party 4, placing 5th with a 7-9 record. tambo also featured on this team, albeit for only one match. Last season yight was on 3rd place Invite team Gnomercy, while tambo and laz were the soldiers on 4th place Open team Machine Soldiers Esports.

Leader sandblast shared some thoughts on last season and what to expect from them moving forward:

Well first off after an amazing first season with Faint and a crazy post season roster shuffle we end up here with the new Faint Season 26 lineup. Also wanna give a HUGE shout out over at the Faint guys for making Season 25 amazing and supporting us by tweeting about us and watching all of our games. As for the roster change we ended up picking up yight scout in replacement for phlps along with laz and tambo filling the solider roles. We hope to perform well as the roster change seems to have settled in nicely as we all enjoy playing with each other. Hopefully we can steal a 4th/3rd seed and have an amazing season!

We also asked pocket tambo for his thoughts about joining Faint:

Joining Faint this season was a great oppurtunity for me, and it's nice that I get to play with some of the OG members of mario party 4 again. Most of us have played with one another at some point, and I believe that we work well together as a unit. Invite this time around is shaping up to be one of the more competitive seasons in recent memory. I hope the other teams stick together throughout because I can't wait to compete against some of the talent that's coming together. Our goal for this season is to really do the best we can in the division, while improving on some of the issues we currently have. Right now I would say that everyone is beatable, and as long as we can maintain the drive we have to improve people will be suprised with how good we can play.
