dude I might be overstepping here, but fucking shame on the team that Faint Gaming sponsored in Open. this game needs sponsors now more than it ever has and you guys (not even to mention the invite team) have done what i'd wager to be an enormous amount of damage to the reputation of the community in the eyes of arguably this games best sponsor in history -- in spite of all the rest of us. any of the top 16 teams that aren't going to die after getting 5-0d would've gladly used that sponsorship through-and-through to the end of the season and you guys wasted it.

you guys are an OPEN team that got sponsored, if I were you i'd be kissing Jarlows ass, not folding after our first loss. Ive never spoken to anyone from Faint before personally but from just seeing what this guy posts on the forums for us (for no benefit of his own!) he is a god send to this community. to me, its a real shame that he chose to sponsor you guys because as far as I can tell its turned out to be a huge waste of Faints time.

In my honest opinion. A team's fate is never decided by the score of the first 2, maybe 3, weeks of a season. A team's fate is decided by how they respond to them. Do they grow lax and take it easy when they 5-0? or do they double down and scrim harder teams when they lose 0-5? That is what decides teams. If they have the commitment to keep working or the ethic to put their chin down and keep trudging forward. IMO if you have decent players and are losing due to team things. It's your own fault. Watch back demos and talk more about strats as a team. Once again, this is what decides teams. Not the rounds for or against.
