it feels like the qf uber builds so much slower after the update.. not sure if its undocumented change or just a bug. before the update you could build uber insanely fast, but now it seems that building rate is decreased on fully overhealed players which im pretty sure wasnt the case before the update.
did quickfix get nerfed?

it feels like the qf uber builds so much slower after the update.. not sure if its undocumented change or just a bug. before the update you could build uber insanely fast, but now it seems that building rate is decreased on fully overhealed players which im pretty sure wasnt the case before the update.
Our medic in MvM noticed that during setup kritz built slower than usual. He wasn't sure if it built slower during the waves though. It might be related to the issue you noticed, and if so, then there might be a widespread issue with medigun build rates.
